1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Full payment is due according to the booking platform's terms
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 14:00 - 19:00 (late arrivals by arrangement)
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by booking platform
Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms
Direct bookings: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before arrival

4. House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
Pets not allowed
Quiet hours: 22:00 - 07:00
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Use of pool and braai facilities is at your own risk

6. Security

The property is located in a secure gated estate
Please keep gates and doors locked
Emergency contact numbers will be provided on arrival
